Curing woes? Could be your drying technique, the environment or both! They should be a thing of the past! And possibly they are... I have used so many techniques to dry and cure my herb over the years mostly with very good results. Last grow was bit dry and previous grow was a bit too moist...

Quick video of how I use my SV4! I have abandoned Ed's way of using the tube as you have to leave it inserted for a bit and then hit it. Also not a big fan of the conduction/convection mixing using it this way. Taking your herb external to the vape turns it into a 100% convection beast!

For the first yet and then the battery drain affects performance... No portable can replace a desktops ease of use and continuous power supply. The MiniVap comes close with a 3 hour battery and possibly the glass core. Portables have their place, just not on my desk very often.

@Shredder I do not believe the future is portable at all. As a medical user, I have yet to find a portable that will satisfy my needs and I have tried an awful lot of them... The power and consistency of a mains powered vape cannot be replicated by a portable for very long at all. I admit...

My plates always used to come loose and it was annoying. Simple solution for me, since I only use the fine plates was to Loctite them in! Problem solved and it is not the permanent one.

I agree! My V1 works so well and obliterates anything put in it. Seems like a slight redesign for the teeth and hole pattern and the rounded edges. I will stick with V1!
