This isnt a funny one.. but we should know that hemp can replace almost any plastics we use, and is biodegradable... there is no need for this, yet our governments think taxing plastic is the way to go...
Its like the new uk sugar tax, why not just make healthy food cheaper you bastards.. anyway rant over..
