Afternoon coffee, brown butter toffee at 125mg
If you cannot grow then distillate is the way to go
Economical, easy to mask taste and works with all my molecular gastronomy experiments
Excellent with some of the more sensitive gel combinations where setting could be a problem
Easier to work with so far but there will be issues
It's a given
