My feco I make is v thick
I tried numerous carts with pen batteries
Had similar clog issues
I found in the end a modbox was the solution
I buy various different oil carts off AliExpress or DHgate, they all work with varying degrees of difference
The eleaf Pico or ikonn box with any of these carts works great
11-15 W will give the power needed to melt the oil
You can adjust and turn up to necessary temp
The pens simply wouldn't heat up enough or get to a high enough temp to melt the oil into vapour
