Sadly, that variety is not available to me. My plants, knowing my station in life, respond accordingly and give me popcorn bud at best, in small quantities and of limited potency. Looking at your bud is like looking at the homes of the rich. Beautiful, desirable, rarely seen and at a distance. I try to work against envy, but you make it a challenge dear @arb.

Yes that hash run was particularly potent On a scale of potential potency I rate it a solid tasty.

IDK anything about the church, but you have to be picky on the real big yielders. Some have little thc. Most any of the big bud crosses come to mind. I'm drawing a blank on another name that I grew once but it had huge buds that looked nice but had little value as medicine.

I've seen buds off a white widow big bud cross that grew in a huge greenhouse and get multiple 3 foot long and about 10 inches diameter, about like a man's leg in size, but no quality.

Like I said IDK anything about the church. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I have an old cut of nevilles haze in flower now it has been in for around 8 weeks and has 8 more to go.
Very frosty absolutely horrible yield very sour peppery taste and smell.........one of my personal favorites.
I have never grown a auto flower..........they make me askeered.
 
I grow Incredible Bulk, it is Super Skunk, Green Spirit and Big Bud cross, it is far from being weak, soft cocks chuck whiteys on mine all the time, it is fun to watch, especially seeing I always warn them first.:smilie-devil:

That I will! I would be proud to make a home for your beautiful genetics.

I have two projects running this year: the first is a run at an organic soil blend, which I’m preparing to test on some tomatoes; it will be a test run for my soon-to-be-reality victory garden; the second is several rounds of experimentation with some ancient bagseed - I understand that it may be that these old beans can’t sprout, but I’ve been studying that *specifically* (along with horticulture, botany, genetics & all the rest), and I’ve designed an experimental framework I believe will give me at least an even chance.

I’m excited to be doing it, the wheels are in motion and my adventure grows more real every day. Should complete the first round of experiments by the weekend (I hope)...or, at least, begin it.
 
Soak for 24 hours in plain water in a warm place plant 1\4" deep in moist warm soil.
Let the sun or lights warm the soil and keep it damp be patient.
Do not scuff,rough up,crack, use chemicals or paper towels pry open or Fuck with the seeds in any way once planted.
I use old seeds occasionally and those are the things I have learned.........best of luck!
 
Reading you loud and clear!!! I’ve read some of the “advice” about how to sprout old seeds, and seen pix of what they’ve done...got no such plans for mine! I have 10 random seeds for just what you advise: they will go into distilled water this morning, then into fresh worm castings tomorrow.

Everything else is about percentages; fortunately, I have more than enough to work with - 1 gram (60 seeds) out of an ounce or two - if I am wise, and judicious, and conservative in my efforts. If mom s kind enough to allow, I will put up pix.
 
Arb, I keep distilled water because the tap tastes bad to me (coffee is sooo much better with distilled), and black particulates settle out of it when left to sit. I only used a TBSP anyway...seemed no reason not to. Please feel free to offer any comments at all: I am in full sponge mode!

Mom, I will do that: it won’t be a grow journal, just so I don’t get anyone’s hopes up (like mine), this is just a germination test. Thanks for the encouragement!
