These are from a knock off recipe for Levain cookies. The weight is 155 grams, that's 5.5 ounces per cookie ! I decided to half the cookies and make them 75 grams , still big but less intimidating 
, after all you can always get a second cookie if your that sugar starved 
. Two types of chips , both dark chips 50% cacao, and 72%. 285 grams of toasted walnuts make these a " fulfilling "experience

These are the 75 gram cookies , just full of stuff. I am told they are an 11 on the meter.

I picked up some freeze dried strawberries at Trader Joes ( I love this joint ). Decided on a strawberry shortbread. Man o man, those strawberries were the bomb, just by themselves. They melt in your mouth with a blast of strawberry . There's no added moisture so they are perfect for lots of baking ideas. I've used Mango, Raspberry, Pineapple, and strawberry. Pure flavor no added nothing.

These are Lemon, Pineapple, Mango infused sugar cookies. I used my favorite sugar cookie recipe , it calls for 4oz butter and 4oz oil. I used Cannabutter and infused MCT oil. Then I added freeze dried pineapple, and mango ( they need to be pulverized ) and some Triple Sec, and Vanilla . I ate 2 . They seem to be . Very tasty, tropical . The freeze dried fruit is amazing stuff, it really compliments, the cannabis taste . So when you eat one your not going to say " ughh another homemade edible ". Very minimal on the "weed taste " . Some fresh lemon zest makes it all sing . I got exactly 36 cookies this batch, That never frigging happens 
. The oil is 5 grams of feco in MCT, and the Cannabutter is the unknown % . Its been about an hour and a half, very nice . Two was good for me, time for some Ravi Shankar . The finished cookie looks a little blurry .
