Huge steak.. cooked on my new lecrueset griddle...
Lately i threw out all non stick stuff.. moved to stainless, glass, or ceramic...

This is my john lewis 5ply stainless pan..
I love it so much.. cost 70 quid.. well worth it..
Was a learning curve to make it non stick.. you have to become one with your pan.. also bicarb and viniger to clean.. nothing abrasive..
Food cooks so much better...

Anyone also use this stuff or is everyone using non stick???

I only use stainless steel, cast iron or ceramic. I've read claims that the newer nonstick coatings are less dangerous than the tefalon of the past but they are not at all necessary, so why take the chance? Nonstick coatings actually inhibit the formation of a good fond, the foundation of all great sauces.
