Made a basic stir fry with the ‘Charlie sauce’ from recipetineats.com (and the cookbook).
Omg…. Yum!
I used carrots, onions, baby bok choy, red pepper and snow peas with chicken. Seasoned with garlic and ginger.

Served over Jasmine rice.

A friend brought dinner over... Korean short ribs with steamed broccoli and carrots. And a quick pickled cucumber with some heat to it. There was a sauce from the short ribs as well. So good. Gotta love when friends bring dinner.

(u can get creative with this one and go anyway really, crunchy is an option for a salad instead of using leafy greens)
