No, I work with database systems(DevOps)....I work behind a cumputer all day .Instead eating junk I learned how to BBQ.I also have a smoker like that in my office 10 miles from here....barbecue is another big passion, like cannabis.
This home is my office also, because of covid my daughter is back home from college .too...she works remote from here .Its wild dude. My wife is like Bob Marley too....good times :torching:


I am a CARNIVORE and HERBIVORE at the same time .

Made a salad with the left over turkey from the other night... added apples, roasted pecans, celery, fresh parsley. Then made a dressing with yogurt, a bit of mayo, dijon mustard, lemon juice and touch of honey.
I dub thee "Turkey Waldorf"

All-purpose meal (APM) hehe...all it is a classic frittata, I eat that any time of the day (pic is 4× the recipe)

- 1 lb grass-fed smoked beef sausage
- 1 bag of spinach (trader joes/organic)
- 5 eggs
- 3 TBs olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbs fine herbs
- 2 Tbs onions
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 TBs nutritional yeast

Pork belly slices... i eat them at least once a week..
And i like high fat meats.. fat is where the taste is..
Also fatty meats are cheaper than lean meat...
This is caus everyone has been led to believe animal fats are bad...
This is untrue...
Within animal fats are actually instructions for your body on how digest fat...

Therefore animal fats are very healthy and do no caus you to put on fat as most believe..

I thought it was some sort of pork, I want sure what the color was.....(paprika, cooking technique, etc)
Animal fat is paramount in the human diet, this is the OG of energy. One can easily overeat sugar but fat is much harder, by nature.


Duck eggs are life!! And Duck meat too!!! I will dig up to my last duck (thanksgiving 2019?!).....
