Tips Oil in cartridge

So, we have a cartridge sitting on an e-leaf iStick. Not mine, hers..It's from the dispensary and is .5ml. 86% THC. SO uses it for her own serious condition... It's older and the "oil" doesn't move around so much at all - it doesn't move as though it would spill out if you tilted it.

Any thoughts on this? Do the contents just evaporate over time? It appears to me the contents are still working though... :).

You didn't mention if the oil in the cartridge is mixed with anything...

But my feeling is that it degrades over time and after heating and reheating. Towards the end of most cartridges I've tried the flavor changes and they tend to gunk up. Could be wrong though. Just my

I just know it's CO2 Extraction and Solvent Free.

I'm guessing it's a bit gummed up. Still seems to be working though. Hopefully it will continue to work.
