There will be a 420 Festival on 4/20/2019 in Bangor, Michigan. This will not be on the same level as the 'Hash Bash' in Ann Arbor as it's a celebration of medical cannabis.

Bangor is close to; Gobles, Hartford, South Haven
Bangor is about 25 miles West of Kalamazoo, 150 miles West from Detroit
The event will be held on Saturday, April 20 – the day recognized by many as an international counterculture holiday, when many people consume cannabis. Hosted by The Green Door medical marijuana provisioning center, the 420 Festival will feature vendors, crafters, live music and informational discussions.
Activities will begin at 10:30 a.m. and continue until 10:30 p.m. A section of Michigan 43 Highway, which travels through the heart of the city’s downtown, will be closed for the festival. Vendors and the music will be situated along the section of roadway that will be closed, while the sampling of marijuana products will take place at Green Door’s property.
Bangor officials have allowed medical marijuana establishments to operate. The town is home to The Green Door, as well as a large medical marijuana grow operation in city’s industrial park. However, city officials have not yet decided on how to handle recreational cannabis-related businesses. Michigan’s new recreational marijuana law, approved by voters last November, allows people to legally consume cannabis for recreational use, and gives municipalities the option of allowing marijuana-related businesses.
