Using CBD in this smoothie recipe will 100% give you a smooth taste and can help you feel better.

In addition to CBD being known as a master in reducing pain and aches in joints and muscles, it might also be a great help to your digestion.

And another bonus? It may help hormone levels (in a good way) due to CBD’s strong connection with endocannabinoids.

Endocannabinoids naturally already exist in our body – they’re like little receptors.

CBD molecules attach themselves to these receptors creating wellness effects that research has yet to catch up on!

So basically? Drink up!

  • Blender or Bullet
  • Glass & Straw


  • 1 cup Fav milk: oat,almond,dairy,soy
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup acai berries
  • 1 tbsp raw organic honey
  • 25 mg CBD Oil


  • Place all ingredients into your blender
  • Blend until smooth!
  • Too thick? Add water or more milk. Too thin? Add ice!
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Orange & Ginger Cannabis Smoothie

With a dash of ginger (or more if you like it) this naturally immune-boosting, packed-with-vitamin-C smoothie is the perfect daily drink to get your body feeling its best!

  • 2 large oranges fresh, peeled, cut
  • 1/2 cup cannabis milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ginger greshly grated
  • 1 tbsp cannabis sugar more to taste
  • 1/2 banana


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth
  • Divide among glasses.
  • Serve the Cannabis Orange Smoothie

This can be done with CBD or full spectrum tincture (or simple syrup).

Papaya Smoothie


  • Blender or Bullet
  • Glass & Straw


  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Small papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup Sliced strawberries
  • 25 mg CBD Oil or tincture. Infused simple syrup can also be used.


  • Pour your milk in first and then add the rest of your fresh ingredients. Frozen is fine too, but you'll need to adjust the milk to get the consistency you want. You can always add in a splash of water.
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve & Enjoy!
