Yep...slid down onto a crunchie finger, pulled it back to straight as soon as I got up, now taped up and a bit blue, should be right in a couple of days...

Ugh…. Maybe splint it as well?

Thanks for asking...all good, I can wriggle everything OK, just a bruised finger and a bit of skin off my back...and of course, I exacerbated my bad shoulder and hip so plenty of extra dabs today.
