Most of the time, when infusing butter or oil, you see the ratio of 1 - 2 oz. of herb to a pound or cup of butter or oil. Many can't afford, or don't have access, to that amount of flower to 'play' with. I found this vid on FB that shows 3 different infusions using only 1/8 oz. of herb. The other thing that struck me was the low smell aspect of how they were infusing, since they are doing it in a sealed mason jar in a water bath. This vid shows how to infuse butter, condensed milk and oil using this method; along with some recipes to use with those infusions.
