it is a really good compilation of songs phil pratt was involved with.. i believe while working at the caltone label, not sure. somewhat lesser known rocksteady.
he was a singer, but also a producer, so a lot of the songs feature other performers.
this is another favourite of mine of this release


and this https://www.discogs.com/Various-Listen-To-The-Music-Caltones-Jamaican-45s-1966-69/release/3549984 is another really good compilation of caltone rocksteady.

When I left HAWAII to get my education my childhood friend had a album collection with music like the one you posted.
He was a bong consumer, however never could handle the big mouth piece so zig-zag’s were easier to consume while we listened to
Music to accompany our consumption of seed-less COLAS. 1977 Bob MARLEY and a few other band’s were the jam.
