Lunacy I Need Wood

Every now and again a good friend arrives with random bits of wood and I've looked at this piece a few times and wondered how I would tackle it.

I think it's a piece of Cherry but I'm really not sure, the first video shows my 'choice of weapon', a 2" roughing gouge.
All a bit unnerving when the whole bench is being moved about by an out of balance lump of wood.

A bit more balanced.

I left the centre piece in as I didn't want to lose the inclusion all together.

So I just took receipt of this bad ass storage box for all my vape needs:

It's not the best build quality but it wasn't too many £'s and you get what you pay for.

The top two slim draws have dividers in them that work great for VapCaps, really happy with it. :D
