A great weed store will take care of their customers when there are issues. I talked with a manager of my weed store about not being able to exchange a faulty cartridge of oil. I explained the bud tenders working explained about the 72 hrs it needed to be returned or no exchange. I told her I was a day late and I couldn’t even use it. She let me know of course there are exceptions to the rule. They have weird stuff that happens with some of their customers. I told her it bet! I said I always have had great service.
She apologized about the problem and gave me another one plus an extra free cart for my trouble. She thanked me for coming in and speaking to her. i told her if I was a manager I would want to know. I almost didn’t follow through with this but the more I thought about it I wanted to bring the cart back even if I didn’t get another one. I had written a note in case she wasn’t there. I was going to leave the cartridge I had written my name and phone number. I was glad the manager was in.
