PuffItUp's Grand Reopening​

What happened?
We had to temporarily close our doors. The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT Act) was passed in January and surprised us all. There were very few guidelines and the wording was vague. We needed to take time to plan our new direction and figure out these new laws.
What have we decided?
We decided to partner with another company in our industry. This will allow us to operate normally. They will be shipping everything for us, and we will be handling business as usual.
What changes can we expect?
We hope that the grand reopening changes will be very minimal. There will be a couple of changes from the get go.
  • We will be using UPS and USPS shipping
  • Orders over $49 will have free shipping
  • Freebies are currently out of stock—they will return!
  • International shipping has been turned off—we hope to ship internationally soon
  • Pennsylvania shipping is turned off until we code the 40% tax into the website
  • No-hassle returns have been extended to 30 days
  • Twitch and Instagram streams have been put on pause until we have the ability to resume them
  • We are operating with a skeleton crew, being closed while still running a business costs a lot of money
  • More glass will be added to the website
  • We are working on adding quite a few accessories
  • There is a merch line in the works

Thje issue:
When the circled Logo is touched, you get taken to vapor.com, who is the competition.
They likely get paid per click, and make money from this action.
I can not see how they latched on for a free ride this email... but as I said, they have been notified.

I think it's safe to say, at this point( since it is shown on their site), that the reason why there was a redirect is that Puffitup has become a Greenlane company; along with vapor.com and vapewarehouse and vapornation and vaposhop and hedonist club and..........

Not that any Aussie would use Puffitup, they have the record for the biggest shipping gouge I have ever encountered...US$30 to ship a $3 nylon grinder slip ring :disgust:

My guess on that is an incorrectly loaded weight on that item. It could happen on my site here and there although I've tried to clean up some of the errors I created in the beginning.

@momofthegoons I had not realized VaporWarehouse had become a Greenlane company too. I was just noticing that five out of the six FC sponsors are all the same company in Greenlane now. Just Sir Robert hanging on from Planet Vape Canada.

Appreciate you sticking with us small guys in the Asylum! This supposed mail ban has accelerated this industry consolidation and it's not a good thing for consumers. You can expect less selection available of high margin items for the seller. Support small business!
