My brothers cat uses the toilet & he used that exact kind of device 
. If you have a indoor cat & live in an apartment it is great since you don't need a litter box. After cat sitting for a few weeks it is easy to get home from work, flush & all is sorted. The cat has 24/7 balcony access & still likes to shit in a potplant given the chance

I actually wore the most hideous powder blue, bell bottom, tux with a ruffled shirt......gah, it was awful. My date was a lovely girl....but looking back at the pics of us, her dress was awful too.You wore a Nehru jacket to prom?
early 70's just were not the height of fashion.
