I've heard some claim the DV isn't pure because of a small amount of combustion that takes
place.
Any combustion that takes place is due to operator error, IMO, not the design function of the device. Vapor is created by both convection and conduction means rather than combustion. If you heat a Vapcap to the extent that you are combusting and creating smoke, not vapor, you are using it as a pipe rather than as a vaporizer as intended.

Today, someone on Reddit posted about the disc on their new armored cap being marked with “E4”. It looks like we finally have the answer to the chemical composition of the clicker discs.
