$8/lb at the supermarket this week so I had my first 2 of the year yesterday (w/2 bags of steamers, of course) and they were so good that I grabbed 2 more today:

No steamers this time. I'll nibble a bit but most of the big stuff's going into lobster (salad) rolls for lunches. Scissors will make short work of soft shells.
