Rocket Man is showing off his new harness and collar.
He's been using Dusty's which fits perfectly, but has become worn in spots.
I still let him wear his predecessor's "uniform" as a travel harness, and for rough play/exercise.

A Deaf student to whom I was a teacher at age 10, is now an adult, and we are friends. He acquired a hearing impaired dog, and asked about the gestures I use for obedience commands with my dog. I made this brief video to show him on Facebook, since we are many miles apart.

Maggie loves to play and loves being included in ALL games, but she really lights up when we sign to her. This short clip goes to show just how much of a good dog Maggie is. Watch as she responds to all the commands that other dogs respond to verbally.

Two of my sweet babies. The little black one I think is part Bombay, he looks like a black leopard -. He crouches down as he walks, like he’s sneaking up on everything. He’s very sweet and gentle but very thick claws that need trimming.

When the dogs get let out in the morning, The German Shepherds love to race around the dam to get their blood pumping and warm up ready for a big day. Sometimes other dogs join in. I feel like I'm watching Nascar.
