I guess I just wasn't made for these times.
I hope those are furball stains or coffee stains on the edge of the bed. If not ... I know a guy. He can write prescriptions and everything.
In the meanwhile ... I bought enough ground turkey for 4 meals ... and three of those meals went to Harley. Which I guess is the name of our dog. And she sat there, "begging" for a portion of my portion.
Nope. I get mine. You got three of yours!!! I mean, for fuck's sake.

The stains are blackberry concentrate which was pretty much dye at that point
Have to use a thick cover because the cat has oversized claws and he punctures everything when he jumps

I guess I just wasn't made for these times.
I am sorry to say that Conan, our 15 year-old cat, died this morning.
It was quite unexpected. He had been acting normally until last night when he wouldn't come to bed with us and instead hid in his closet box.
He barged his way into my apartment in Minnesota back in August of 2008. He had wounds and scratches and a stomach full of worms. And once on a regular diet, he had diarrhea and gas all over the place. Guess how much fun it is to bathe a stray cat's butt with only a stand alone shower?
I held him before I went to bed. He knows he was loved.
But a few more minutes with him would have been nice. I miss his meow so fucking much already.
