that are so ubiquitous in sleazy hotel parking lots....

I decided to walk down and checkout the 'Old Quarry Pond' which looks to be more of a simple runoff/fire pond holding area.

Looking to the left up the steep rocky hillside behind the Sleazy Hotel:

I could list everything I LOVE in this pic...

but a list of what I don't like is much shorter and easier (re: lazy)...:

1. (the contrail, maybe...? but even that doesn't really bother me)

2: I wouldn't leave my other 'unit' (rod/reel) laying across the dock like that with so many other people around. I don't care how fuckin' cool they look, or are... recipe for disaster...
