Last nights batch of weed cookies, it's a sugar cookie made using both infused butter and coconut oil. Vanilla and a hint of lemon. Did I say I love cookies?

Yes and no. LOL They have that buttery cinnamon taste but no crunch. they use buttermilk and are soft like a cake. i've been eating them for 60 + years. My mom made these for me all the time. Just keep your dough really cold, and they have a tendency to really expand on you while cooking. These are a taste of heaven, they defy normal adjectives. I have made these infused but that's dangerous cause you'll end up eating more than you need or want.

I had leftover chocolate and heavy cream on hand. What better way to than chocolate mousse! Very rich Kahlua, dark belgian chocolate.

Burnt Basque cheesecake, i know it's been all over the internet, and with good reason. It's yummy. Forget what you thought you knew about cheesecake. this is incredibly easy ( this is my 6th one) to make. people love it, makes for a good show. The burnt outside combines with the sweet creamy cheese inside to make a real taste treat. Were chillin now!
I serve with a dollop of fresh whipped cream, although I sometimes make a raspberry sauce to be real decadent. I'll send final pictures later tonight. So easy and Oohhh LALA yummy. Next time I'll move the oven rack

It's a very easy, and really good recipe. I think you'll have a blast making one. It has fast become a family favorite.

I started this one Thursday. it's another cappuccino fudge cheesecake, 3 layers. This one's not for beginners. It just takes some time and has layers,and takes attention. I will finish and decorate today and will post. This is for a graduation party of 4 people, It's a request from the graduate. Too bad not really much of a graduation this year. No parties, dances, nada! She's a good kid . Bummer
