They were real good. Crispy outside & fluffy inner. Perfect with a double shot flat white. The lemon zest makes it.

Vegan chocolate chips. I hate anything "vegan" theses cookies are no exception. I make them for my sister (she's from Ca) and one other misguided soul. Infused coconut oil, and banana, and some funky vegan chip. God rest their vegan souls. No Butter? HTF do they do that?

Can we talk animal fat here? Imo (jajaja) humans are born with a need for bacon, butter, meat. Coffee, weed, These are a basic fact I made up. If you deprive yourself then your gonna mess up your chemistry! I am certified. .

It's time for some cookies! This recipe i like to use because it tastes so friggin good. I also make these medicated as I use a cannabutter and an infused olive oil in the recipe for a double whammy. One thing I forgot, I like to use 1/2 tsp of lemon extract . That little blast of lemon really enhances the flavor.

Chocolate rum pound cake, cooling. This is served with anything, I mean whipped cream, ice cream, fruit sauces go really well. And to go a little crazy saute bananas ala Bananas foster and top with Ice cream, Yeah I had to go there

I was watching an international cooking show and some Australians cheered meringue.

Australians usually................ Boo meringue.
