I really love scampi and yours look great. I don’t think I’ve seen scampi here though. I think they’re a different species than shrimp. So, it’s shrimp scampi for us. You might be referring to what we call langoustines or slipper tails. More common in EU, and Italy where it originates . Always save your shrimp shells .I really love scampi and yours look great.
