Vape WoodScents Titanium AromaLog Diffuser - Eds TnT

It's not going to melt?

And so I'm understanding.. take it and place it on the metal tip tried to slip It on and it was hot as crap so maybe when it's cooled
Thought maybe Ed would jump in here but I'll go ahead and post what he told me when he sent them to me:

Hello, I am sending you a set of high temp orings for your WS. These orings will make the glass pieces operate better and seal the connection when using. Just slip one over the top of the air path to it rest on the shoulder of it.

So it would appear that they are good for high temp. Like I said; I haven't found the need to use them with my method, but it looks like you put it on the heatport (when it's cool).

I leave the o-ring there so the heatport doesn't compress the load in the VC as much as it does without it. Doc
Very good point @Dynalowrider it does leave a nice space.

Found I like the HT with the WS best .. when inverted the condenser gets coated with honey and it starts to drip. When using the HT the honey just gets Vaped :enamorado:

Less maintenance the better :stick:

I tried installing an O ring on a hot WS. Couple of blisters on my finger/thumb later I split it & have not tried again as I only remember after I have turned the WS on. I don't really use my glass stems much but I want to try it with an O ring although it feels far less stable than with a Ti tip.

I have tried a couple of hydratubes with log vapes but find them next to useless for my wants & needs. Give me a nice bubbler any day but different strokes for different folks.

WS is running as well as ever for me although I was using my UD on Saturday & was glad to get back to the WS on Sunday when I got home.

Good morning everyone, gosh doing time with the boys and planning the wedding with my girl takes a lot of time, yall know thats one thing I am always running short on. Sorry for my delay in posting up, am behind on covering all my bases. got a bunch of WS done, got some great shots but not enough time to post all that as well, will say that Camphor I got is stunning and ohhhh what I have coming is even sweeter. Have several blanks of colonial cypress that will be in today, said to be 400-1200 years old axe cut by our forefathers and has been laying in the bottom of US rivers for a long long time. I have used it before for stems and such many know it as sinker cypress, these will have a honey to rusty look and even some green tints to it also. Should be stunning pieces with a great history like Bog Oak.

@CarolKing Thanks much, the date is going to be the 13th, we are excited and the more we thought it would be a small simple wedding the more involving it is and the more people we thought wouldnt be able to make it are and gosh all the prep that comes with it, I so need a couple clones lol! Glad you like the pics and bet the WS shots I got this weekend I will post up soon will surely turn some heads!

@elykpeace Bro I wanna say your piece was one of the last that I had done from the first run that didnt have the numbering like they all do now. I assure you that your piece is solid and if for any reason it ever has trouble you know I got you! Thanks for the congrats! Yes sir like @momofthegoons mentioned the orings are meant to be slipped over the top of the heat post to make a better sea. It wont melt, they are rated for high temps. I hate you burned yourself and understand it maybe something thought after the WS is up and running at temp. I dont keep mine running all the time, I will power it up when I walk in the door of the shop, get the wood and lathe ready then come back to the WS all is well and up and running by that time.

@Baron23 Thanks for the congrats, am so excited to marry my girl, I cant say it enough! We had our hunt yesterday, sucks we got skunked, there are 24 units out there at the WMA, its right near the mighty Mississippi you'd think that it would be full of hunters stacked in there like chord wood but we were the only ones, no pressure on the birds so they weren't flying, we did see 4 but they wouldnt commit. I did see a report from DU saying there were 8 million teal in the region flyway and our spot was a great one but with 23 other spots they could just chill in no sense in flying around right, ughhh is what it is and is hunting after all. Yeah post up fishing pics I wanna hear about it! Hmm not sure what I was showing you in that pic either, just excited about the leds I suppose. Hope all is well on your end!

@Stevenski Thanks bro, I appreciate you and glad you like what you see, just wait to see what I have done and whats to come, its on my man! Thanks for the posts and advise always my man!

@Vitolo You know you right!

@Dynalowrider Great idea also bro, good thinking my man!

Gotta split yall, got roosters going off outside, my 13 year olds first chicken show is later today, state show is in 2-3 weeks. I have enjoyed the chicken but am so ready for this to be over, ughhh he sold 4 Saturday for $50. Got 5 more, they will probably sell at the state show. Really hoping he does well this year, being his first year am sure we are missing something but we have learned a lot and that's what its all about! So got chickens to feed and work to do, wish you all the best!

@Ed's TnT not a HUGE deal. Just feels more like a collecters item with the number. Didn't know mine was from the first initial run. And I worked as a chef for many years so I'm used to burns from pans/ovens so don't be too concerned. The o ring does tighten up the air path nicely so if someone hasn't had the chance to try it out, give it a go!

Still my DD and only vape I own. mv1 Inbound but I don't think I'll be keeping it since there can only be one and my WS is the MVP or MVV most valuable vape

Edit: spelling

@Ed's TnT - Great trip with my son. Good fishing, great Cuban and seafood, good time with cousins.

I need ideas to keep the LED dimmer from being changed when bumped. I tried painters tape, but it gets unsticky, (is that a word?). I painted the letters so I could read them. Doc
Peace dynalow!

Try some gaffers tape. (But fyi it's total blackout tape)

And of course, enjoy the struggle of getting there with some extra intensive testing...

:partyhat:

If you don't mind the size a bench power supply is a great option @Dynalowrider.

https://www.circuitspecialists.com/bench-power-supply-csi1802x.html

I have not had any issues with the rotary dial dimmer but I ha or ve only used it a handful of times. I also believe Dave at Underdog makes some decent quality VVPS units & just get a 15v or 18v power supply.

My WS is buttered, cleaned & ready for some hard work over the long weekend :chill: :smug:. AFL grand final tomorrow, NRL one on Sunday & I made up 1.5g of concentrates to make sure it will be a satisfaction guaranteed weekend. Shit gonna get real :roto2qtemeto:

Wanted to update my fellow asylum members on my recent purchase of the ghost mv1

My WS remains king. I found the mv1 to be a pita to load with the cruicible caps not staying attached and spilling my loaded Chambers on the ground.

Also with my ti tip set to 50% compacity I can vaporize half the load of the mv1 and white wall my glass... Couldn't manage to pull that off with the ghost. I did get multiple hits across 3 different temps with the ghost and they were tasty but as I mentioned

@Ed's TnT Woodscent has not been dethroned:aaaaa:

No doubt the WS is efficient. I love my log and I doubt I'll ever be cured of VAS but the WS never leaves me disappointed or frustrated .. just suck it up like a straw and place on airpath. When your done blow it out like a spitbal!

PS mini from pipes will be my next acquisition so I can take my direct draw stem and ti tip out on the boat without fiddling with a torch. Love love love my Woodscent @Ed's TnT and I can't thank you enough.

Good morning everyone, am getting married in just 11 days now, woot woot I am so excited! Its like my girl said no matter how small we wanted it to be its growing and changing and getting bigger whewww, she from the start wanted to do JOP, I havent. This is our last wedding, I am going to spend the rest of my life with her and it may sound cheesy but I want it to be special, not huge and grand and extravagant but sure dont want to have it at the counter or desk of some person at the local courthouse. Its not going to be very many people and we arent doing songs and this or that not a long large reception either but I want to get those butterflies in my stomach, I wanna see her walk down the isle and say I do, I wanna share each and every day ahead saying I love you before I end a day and Lord willing starting the next saying it over and over again. She is so special to me, I wanna remember her smile on this day, the feel of her hand when we pledge our heart to each other, gosh I cant say how thankful I am to be near her, to be her rock as she is mine. She was and is right as she is all the time, you cant just have a small wedding, no matter what its way more to it than I thought. Sunday will be a year since our first date, 12 days later we will be married and it will all be worth it!

My 13 year old had his first chicken show locally before the state, I believe I mentioned that he would be the only one for his first being as there are no other kids doing it in our county, however all over the state they are and the competition will be tough.

How stinking cool is that, a trophy with a chicken on top! Ive never seen one but I suppose you can put whatever you want on one. They look good as far as I know, chicken I am most familiar with it on a grill or scrambled next to pork on a plate!

Needless to say there has been much done and more to do, have been turning wood for sure! Did get the dials back and installed on the temp controls, this is the white dial on the black control

Since I launched the WS many have mentioned its hard to see the digits. Have heard of some users putting a line or mark on tape at their desired setting. Have even heard someone mention wrapping a thick heavy rubber band around it bout center of it to hold it in place. I have been thinking about how to make this better looking at new components online this that and other ideas, I even sold what VK's I forgot I had. I feel a VVPS like the VK for the WS is a great thing. I wanna do something like that and am looking into it in different ways. Hope to one day have something going in the future. The digits are still not that easy to see on the white and to me the black is more visible. If someone would like a white option let me know.

Ohhh just had some Colonial Cypress come in for WS bodies! Its most commonly known as sinker cypress, a cypress log axe cut by our forefathers and settlers of the USA were floated down rivers to coastal area to be sawed and shipped all over. Many of these logs wouldnt make it and would sink to the bottoms of these rivers. There has become a market for reclaimed discovered logs and quite expensive too.

Wow look at these tight growth rings

This stuff is nice, have had one on the bench for 24 hours, have checked it a few times as the body doesnt get as warm as some of the other species I offer, gotta be the density of the wood. Its a softer hard wood, usually these run a little cooler on the outside.

Woot woot SneakyPete did me a solid, ill post the review below for those that may not have seen it. Pete is a good guy, he has had it for a while and has it done!

@Baron23 Hells yeah, thats what I am talking about! Aint no fish tales from you woot woot! Glad to see the pic, got a big grin as soon as I did, thanks for sharing! I am glad to hear you had a good time, thats what its all about. I want my boys to grow up and be successful, hope they dont move too far off. Its archery season here, getting in the woods this weekend with em, so need fresh meat! Thanks again for the post, take care my man!

@Dynalowrider Really hoping you have found a solution by now. I have heard of a guy using a heavy rubber band around it holding it in place, maybe give it a try. I dont usually have issue with mine. I just check it before use is all. I am working on ideas for my own VVPS and one day hope to have something available for all. @momofthegoons was right I did have a few VK's but they went quick.

@OldOyler Thanks for the post up and advise, I appreciate you!

@elykpeace I am happy to hear you enjoy it as much as you have and sorry to hear you are having issue with it now but as I said in PM I wanna get you back right ASAP, hit me up with your plans of return. Ill make it super quick my man.

@Stevenski I always am thankful for your posts also, you are spot on with your advise and always glad to see you are still enjoying it, keep it up homie!

@momofthegoons thanks to you also my lady, many thanks!

Alright yall, am off to the shop for a while, have had a surge in WS sales the last couple weeks, what a great time to have em with all thats going on, so can use the funds. A small wedding is still expensive, thanks to you all!

Oh check out my IG, https://www.instagram.com/eds_tnt_/ i have daily posts there and pics you probably wont see anywhere else of work that is most current, just did some stunners yesterday and earlier. If you see something there let me know!
