@felvapes here's what I mean about the rayon. The top of the puck is a light sand colour, it's first in line for the hot air. The circumference hardly changes colour.

If everything arrives on time there will be 10 of the adapters sent out to the test team at the beginning of next week.
I'll be taking a well needed break in Spain while they get stuck in and provide a bit of feedback.

The thing I expect to hear is 'it gets hot'. Yep it does but if you torched me for 45-60 seconds I'd get hot too.
A 'do not lick after use' label will be stuck to every package.

Design revision drawings are in the works.

The stem heats up but it's manageable. Bog Yew and Blackwood.
