Dame Maggie Smith passed away at 89. Yes, remembered for her role in Harry Potter and Downton Abbey, she had a very storied career over 60 years including an Oscar and other awards for movies/plays many of us are too young to remember.

Mitzi Gaynor has passed away a few days ago at 93.

IMO, she was a incredibly marvelous and hugely talented actor, dancer, and singer. And, was a woman who had her won TV variety show before that was at all common and she hung with the Sinatra and the boys on his TV show because she could hold her own with any man....and she was hot looking with great gams! haha

Yeah, South Pacific movie was a very long time ago...but, it was a wonderful film with music and acting that has lasted thru the years.

Actor-dancer Mitzi Gaynor has died at age 93. Gaynor starred as Nellie Forbush in the 1958 film “South Pacific” and appeared in other musicals with Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Gene Kelly in the 1950s and early 1960s.
