I can't find a photo but back in the 80's there was a kids fruit punch drink that came in an interesting bottle. It was shaped like a handgun and you basically put the end of the barrel in you mouth to sip/drink from it.

The cpsc banned it. I think it was called chilly chilly bang bang.

Being born into a nominally Jewish family (very nominally), I went to a bris....the ritual circumcision usually done in the home on male Jewish babies by Mohel (often a very old man with questionable cleanliness IME LOL).

So, I went to my childhood friend's first son's bris. I noted that all of the women in the room were on their toes to see while all of the men were turned the other way with somewhat pained and sickened looks in their eyes! LOL

(checked, they sell one a little further down). Anyways, the screw-type press, if there were also a pressure gauge, would be kinda handy and hard to screw up. Or easy to screw down? I dunno - screw it :)
