This home is my office also, because of covid my daughter is back home from college .too...she works remote from here .Its wild dude. My wife is like Bob Marley too....good times

All-purpose meal (APM) hehe...all it is a classic frittata, I eat that any time of the day (pic is 4× the recipe)
- 1 lb grass-fed smoked beef sausage
- 1 bag of spinach (trader joes/organic)
- 5 eggs
- 3 TBs olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbs fine herbs
- 2 Tbs onions
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 TBs nutritional yeast

And i like high fat meats.. fat is where the taste is..
Also fatty meats are cheaper than lean meat...
This is caus everyone has been led to believe animal fats are bad...
This is untrue...
Within animal fats are actually instructions for your body on how digest fat...
Therefore animal fats are very healthy and do no caus you to put on fat as most believe..
I do something similar... but with high quality pork sausage, bacon, white pudding, and duck eggs...
Fucking love duck eggs....
