Vape Dynavap

What am I missing?
You got a Vertigo from Dynavap? Looking at your pic. My most dependable is the Vertigo Venom 2. Maybe I should get yours?

There are some that are more rugged, hold more fuel, have a warranty. I'm thinking winter friendly. But what $110 torch lighter are you hearing about? Lighters are seat cushion magnets.

There are some torches you can weld with in the $20.00 range. $110 that I could lose in the snow? Now if it waterproof, windproof, can sustain long bursts and from a reputable company. Mmmmay-bee? :nusenuse:

Different lighters in my collection work differently. And can heat the M differently. Some single torches are good for two heat ups, click to click, but need a break after that. The ignition system and how much fuel it consumes and carrys is a consideration. I do like lighters with protective covers. Actually all my torches have covers.

I just realized that we all think we know everything?
I used to know enough to get me in trouble. :goofy: Nope, I'm comfortable with not knowing everything. That In fact, i'm always going on about once you learn something, the realm of what you don't know also grows larger. :twocents:

People take comfort in 'knowing everything', without questioning what 'knowledge' is. That is a whole branch in classical philosophy that is an eye opener. Epistemology

The 3D printed stash is working out well for me. So @ataxian are you getting anything portable for your M on the go? or is it just for around the pool?
Maybe all you need is the Dynatube it came in for away from home?

@phattpiggie I bet you made a personalized one in your workshop. Anyone else want to show off there stashes?

But what $110 torch lighter are you hearing about?
I'm thinking that @ataxian might be referring to the Sidekick or an induction heater. They get up there in dollars.

And to answer your question as to what are you missing @ataxian ..... I'm going to say consistency of heat. For me this was an issue. But you seem to have the whole lighter thing under control.

That In fact, i'm always going on about once you learn something, the realm of what you don't know also grows larger.
Isn't that the truth? Especially in the world of vaping. There's something new on the horizon every time you turn around.

@momofthegoons the VAP CAP "M" is a no brainer as said in CHICAGO!

The LOTUS helped me to learn the flame.

The "M" to me is super easy to use. (this fucker hit's hard)

I use my other vaporizers however the "M" is in my rotation!

In-deed! And you get drawn into other areas of interests .:juggle: First they said respect the click. Sure. Now I'm looking at IH technology. The EVO works fine heating my frankenvap designed for it. But y'know how it is with vapes.:science:

The LOTUS helped me to learn the flame.
Aha! so that helped you get with the M quicker. LOTUS is harder to use I've heard.

@Cuckfumbustion I don't own a stash, being in the UK we never had dugouts.
I smoked hash in a pipe and then neat single skinners so the idea has never appealed to me.
I do have the parts to make a couple of cigar tubes.

I have to agree with @momofthegoons respect the click.
Until you are comfortable with it then do as you please.

My vaping day started out with a little kief sandwich in the M tip with the Portside Mini.
You can see me venting thru my nostrils as I keep mouth pulling on the third dip.
One click 'dip til done' bowl.

@Pipes sent the Mini over and I had the pleasure of keeping a bowl and battery life tally. It's great.
An hour and 10-20 minutes to charge which gives me 15 M bowls or 17 Ti bowls, averages.
I tired single click bowls and click to click and got the same numbers.
Around about a gram which is usually 2 days vaping for me.

It weighs the same as a tin of soda, not the best Root Beer but beggars can't and all that.

Where did you get the lighter?
I can't find it anywhere?
How much $ is it?

Is the click some kind of superstition?
I use a lighter from VAP CAP that work's every-time without a click?
No CLICK? However work's well!

It has been well thought out from the ground up. And now they have the Mini. What is to the left of the power switch. is it some sort of control? So the field stays on when you turn it on or is there a sensor? You are clicking to clicking FAST! Impressive.

The one's I saw were like the first cell phone? (HUGE)
This size is IDEAL!
See!?!? @Cuckfumbustion and I were just talking about how this happens...
:beer-toast1: Case and point.

Just took out the condenser of one of my M s and added an ear cuff around it. Why? so my M will only go so far down into my EVO. Plus I have it cover the hole as a heat shield, and can slide it back to use the carb hole. The M body gets warm.

Oh and my Log vape adapters slip inside my M mouthpiece and can be wiggled to fit. Have a set -14mm, 18mm, 14mm Burl, and an SS tip to try out. No rubber MP.

@Cuckfumbustion nope never had a Lotus but I've been using pretty much nothing but my Vapcap since the first generation Ti came out.
Sorry, meant @ataxian has LOTUS experience. Which helped him perhaps get s sense of when to heat the cap.

So you never tried the glass OG? It is fun while it lasts. Keep visiting Puffitup since they still carry those. on and off.

You found out about Dynavap early in the UK, hundred pipes or more and 2 IHs, one of @Pipes and your enclosed wood unit. That's quite a history.

@Cuckfumbustion I just had a CAP with some RASBERRY DOSIDOS

FLAVOR WOW
EFFECT CAN HANDLE

The LOTUS I loved until my wife hide the TOP to it? (she doesn't like me to cough?)
That most likely is why water path is important to me personally?
The "M" is great and work's easy for me.
No learning curve? (maybe the LOTUS training?)

As long as I use the "M" with a water path I'm fine! (SHE'S cool with it.)
The LOTUS was very decent, however I love the size of the "M"!
Their both doable!

The M has a condenser that cools the vapor and might help make it less scratchy than with your LOTUS.

That's my guess. :sherlock:It is a harder vape to get with, So I've read. You already know how to get the metal the right temp to cause the vapor with the LOTUS. The M takes it even further with the metal of the cap flexing when it reaches a certain temp. I can feel the click as well as hear it sometimes. So more feedback as well.
Did you ever use a vapor genie? Here is some glass bead of the grid vape from Europe.

You probably charge it up pretty good. I need to not 'cough to get off'.

Don't you have log vape @ataxian? Maybe you might luck out, like I did and find one you can use as a water adapter. Did not see that compatibility coming.

Now if I could heat my caps with my log vape, that would be worthwhile. Even though an IH seems like it would get the max heat per surface areas from the cap. :nusenuse:

So Ed's TnT, Woodscents and VC have some thing going. Can you heat a cap with the Woodscents or is that strictly for the tip? A Ti vape with a Ti tipped VC. Even without the cap option, I can see why some would go for that.

:peace:

@Cuckfumbustion I have a different take than most?
I like the "M" just fine & it's perfect for the way I MEDICATE. (use it daily)
I built many WOOD SURFBOARD"S (EXOTIOC & BALSA) however would never put wood in my mouth?
Culturally wood in your mouth sound's weird?

I use a LOG and budget for GonG's (I break them weekly).
We have a budget for GLASS (thank's @Baron23 )
My EVO work's out with the SS basket's.
My SOLO I use dry and STEM's R CHEAP.
I tried some other PORTABLES that were horrible FLAVOR WISE?
I use the "M" at home with water path!

MOD's for ROSIN or CONCENTRATES usually before bed and road trip's!
QUART'S NAIL'S at HOME!

Indeed we do have a budget for glass and GonGs.....but luckily its a generous budget that can withstand a bit of breakage :cool::biggrin:

Same here and I agree about wood. Preferred glass when I combusted.
So did you build surfboards before there were businesses that made money off it? You surfed before their were sidewalks along the beach.

Good to stay with glass that can be replaced or upgraded.

@Baron23 I budget and bargain hunt. Took the M to get me to pull the trigger.

I tried some other PORTABLES that were horrible FLAVOR WISE?
There always seem to be some sort of trade off with portables with taste, convenience and session. Electronics especially. VC's are in the off-the-grid species of portables. Like your Lotus. or that FLAM vape. Dang that thing even looks euro.

@Baron23 I almost bought a "UNBREAKABLE SILICONE BONG but the MOUTH PIECE was to "HUGE" for my liking?
Maybe a few more generation's?
There are a lot of tube ones. Maybe 3d print one?
